JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, ministries, public authorities, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to secure vendor accreditation, product approvals, and company registration opportunities. The role manages the end-to-end prequalification and registration process, including preparing, submitting, and tracking required documentation; coordinating facility visits and stakeholder engagements; supporting online portal registrations; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Leveraging strong techno-commercial expertise, the incumbent effectively presents Jubaili Bros.' products, solutions, and capabilities to build stakeholder confidence, support product approvals, and strengthen the company's position on approved vendor and consultant lists. The role also collaborates closely with internal departments to ensure accurate records, timely submissions, and successful completion of all registration and prequalification activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and Engage Potential Clients and Partners - Proactively research and identifies relevant government bodies, public service institutions, consultancy firms, and contractor companies that could benefit from Jubaili Bros. products and services. Initiates contact through formal communication channels, introduces the company’s capabilities, and works towards securing a position on their approved vendors or suppliers list. This includes attending industry events, networking sessions, and leveraging existing contacts to build strategic relationships.
· Document Preparation and Submission for Accreditation - Takes full ownership of the preparation, compilation, and submission of all required hard-copy documentation necessary for vendor registration and accreditation. Ensures that all documents meet the specific requirements of each organization or agency, including certifications, company profiles, financial statements, and technical specifications.
· Track Accreditation Progress and Provide Updates - Monitors the status of all submitted accreditation requests. Maintains a tracking system to ensure timely follow-ups and resubmissions if needed. Provides regular updates to management on the progress, challenges encountered and expected timelines for approval.
· Facility Visits, Site Tours & Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate facility visits, site tours, and engagement events for government agencies, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders. Manage all logistical arrangements, including scheduling, venue coordination, participant communication, and cross-functional planning with internal departments to ensure a professional, informative, and seamless experience that supports company objectives, prequalification activities, and stakeholder engagement.
· Support Online Vendor Portal Registrations - Assists in the registration and subscription process for online vendor portals used by government and private sector entities. Provides accurate company information, uploads required documents and ensures that all digital profiles are complete and up to date. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the registration process.
