I joined Jubaili Bros two and a half years ago looking for an environment where I could apply my skills and continue learning. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work on remarkable solar projects, from site inspections and system design to implementation and final commissioning.
My journey has taught me that challenges don’t hold you back—they push you to find solutions and move forward with resilience. What makes the experience especially rewarding is the supportive environment and the people around me. I’ve been encouraged to learn, collaborate, and grow both professionally and personally, and I’m proud to be part of a team helping empower communities through clean energy.
