Aftersales Specialist – Electrical / Mechanical / Gas / Renewable - Nigeria

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking experienced Aftersales Specialists across our Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, and Renewable Energy business lines. The successful candidates will provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and aftersales services to customers, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Provide technical aftersales support and resolve customer equipment issues.

•     Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

•     Diagnose faults and implement effective corrective solutions.

•     Conduct customer site visits and provide on-site technical support.

•     Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.

•     Provide customers with guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.

•     Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.

•     Ensure all service activities comply with safety and quality standards.

•     Site supervision during projects execution

•     Contractor handling and supervision

•     Operators' management

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

•     HND or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.

•     Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in aftersales, field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.

•     Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•     Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Gas Engines, or Renewable Energy.

•     Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

•     Strong communication and customer service skills.

•     Ability to work independently and under pressure.

•     Willingness to travel to customer sites.

•     A valid driver's licence and ability to drive will be an added advantage.
